Buying a Proton X50? Here’s how you can win free tolls and cash rewards

KUALA LUMPUR: Proton has rolled out an exciting campaign for the Proton X50 buyers in collaboration with Touch ’n Go. Named as “Roar Forward, Ride Freedom”, this nationwide campaign offers up to RM 500 worth of free tolls (valid for 3 months) to customers who activate the model’s factory-fitted Touch ’n Go RFID. 

Running from 1 November to 31 December 2025, Proton’s “Roar Forward, Ride Freedom” also offers additional cash prizes of up to RM 3,000 through a TikTok video contest.

• As mentioned above, the X50 buyers need to activate their SUV’s factory-fitted Touch ’n Go RFID, which will give them a chance to be among 68 lucky winners, who will receive the free toll amount. 
• Customers who register their brand-new X50 in November will receive their reward from January to March 2026, whereas buyers in December will be rewarded from February to April 2026.  
• Proton will announce all winners via a live draw on its official Facebook page, and rebates will be credited directly to the Touch ’n Go eWallet linked to the RFID tag for the SUV. 

How to participate in the TikTok video contest

• Eligible owners can also win cash prizes of up to RM 3,000 by sharing a short video of their X50 experience on TikTok.
• Post the video using #RoarForwardX50 and tagging  @ProtonCarsOfficial
• Selected videos may also be featured on the brand’s digital platforms, giving owners a chance to showcase their creativity within the X50 community.
