Deliveries for the 2024 smart #1 Pro variant now underway - Elevating the entry-level experience, RM189k, 315km of range

KUALA LUMPUR: Smart Malaysia has officially commenced the delivery of its latest model, the smart #1 Pro, marking a significant expansion of its product lineup.

The smart#1 is designed to cater to the evolving demands of urban mobility, providing an ideal solution for daily commuting in the city. The entry level smart #1 Pro is celebrated for its generous interior space and a commendable electric range of 315km, targeting environmentally-aware urbanites seeking a blend of premium quality and sustainable design.

Zhang Qiang, the CEO of smart Malaysia, expressed enthusiasm about the delivery, emphasizing the model's alignment with the practical and aesthetic preferences of city drivers. “At smart Malaysia, user needs are paramount in our decision-making process. The Pro variant is offered to fulfill the diverse needs of modern drivers, offering exceptional value for money.” Zhang stated.

The smart #1 Pro is positioned as a premium electric vehicle, boasting 271 PS of peak power from its 49kWh LFP Battery and achieving a WLTP Range of 315km.

Rapid charging capabilities allow it to recharge fully in just under 30 minutes with 130kW DC power under optimal conditions. Additional luxuries include automatic 2-zone climate control, seat ventilation for the driver and front passenger, 19" Alloy Wheels for added stability, and a Panoramic Halo Roof to enhance the driving experience with natural lighting.

This model is available in five colour combinations and features a unique interior colour scheme named "After Dark" exclusively for the Pro variant.

Smart Malaysia has also enhanced the electric vehicle ownership experience by integrating a live charging map within its IHU system and the Hello smart App, addressing the common concern of range anxiety by providing access to an extensive network of charging stations.

To further simplify the charging process, smart Malaysia offers a One-Stop Service Home Charging Solution, facilitating the purchase and installation of home chargers via the Hello smart App.

The company has introduced an All-Inclusive Premium Ownership package, including extensive warranties, 24/7 roadside assistance, a complimentary home charger, and a V2L adaptor, among other benefits, setting a high standard in worry-free electric vehicle ownership.

Priced at RM189,000 On-The-Road (without insurance), the smart #1 Pro, inclusive of Sales and Service Tax, represents a compelling proposition for those seeking a premium, all-electric urban mobility solution.
