Limited-edition 2024 Suzuki Jimny Arctic launched in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Naza Eastern Motors Sdn. Bhd. has expanded the lineup of the Suzuki Jimny SUV in Malaysia with the launch of an all-new Jimny Arctic variant. The latest model was unveiled at the third edition of the Jimny Lifestyle Drive held last weekend.

Priced at RM 167,900, the Suzuki Jimny Arctic is a limited-edition version of the three-door Jimny. It comes with exclusive design updates and features, bringing a fresh wave of excitement to Malaysia’s SUV market.

The exclusive highlights of the 2024 Suzuki Jimny Arctic are as follows - 

• The Arctic version features a Pearl White finish on several exterior elements like the front grille, front and rear bumpers, rocker panels, and wheel arches. 
• Further setting it apart from the standard model are the exclusive Arctic-themed soft tyre cover, three-panel glass tint, and door visors.
• Adding to the SUV’s rugged and off-road-ready appearance are black mud flaps.
• Inside, the Jimny Arctic incorporates a distinctive thick trim surrounding the infotainment system, which enhances the cabin’s modern look and feel.
• The seats get a stylish two-tone colour scheme, finished with premium Nappa leather.
• This limited-edition SUV also comes equipped with high-quality floor mats adding an extra layer of comfort and luxury.

In terms of oily bits, the Suzuki Jimny Arctic features the same 1.5-litre VVT naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine found on the standard model. The said mill is capable of generating a maximum power of 100 hp at 6,000 rpm and a peak torque of 130 Nm at 4,000 rpm. It comes paired with a four-speed automatic gearbox and a part-time four-wheel drive system.
