New iCaur centre opens in Damansara with body & paint facility

KUALA LUMPUR: The Chinese EV brand iCaur has expanded its footprint in Malaysia with the opening of its flagship dealership in Damansara. Touted as the most advanced outlet yet, the new dealership is owned and operated by Carramax Luxe Sdn. Bhd.

iCaur Damansara centre: Key highlights

• Spanning across 40,000 sq ft, the new iCaur Damansara incorporates a spacious display area that can showcase up to eight vehicles simultaneously.

• Aiming to offer exceptional customer experience, convenience, and comprehensive care, the new facility features a dedicated delivery bay and five EV charging bays reserved for customers.
• As for after-sales centre services, there are 8 fully equipped service bays, capable of servicing up to 520 vehicles per month. 
• At the iCaur Damansara, there is also a Body and Paint (B&P) section, which is well equipped with aluminium body repair equipment and comprehensive tooling. It offers services like accessory installation, vehicle wrapping, and Paint Protection Film.

• The centre also houses a customer lounge with two Nintendo consoles, Wi-Fi, and refreshments, including coffee, soft drinks, and light snacks.
• The outlet is staffed by 12 sales consultants, 11 service technicians, and 10 body and paint specialists.

Upon launching the new outlet,  Men Lin Bo, Executive Vice President of Chery Corporate, said, “iCAUR Damansara is the latest milestone in the iCAUR Malaysia growing network, which now includes seven dealerships across Malaysia, with more locations planned in Q4 2025.”
