iCaur Malaysia opens a 3S centre in Kota Kinabalu

KUALA LUMPUR: Chery’s sub-brand iCaur has now brought its offerings closer to buyers in East Malaysia with the opening of its first outlet in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Operated by Universal Icar, the new iCaur facility is a 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre, offering a comprehensive range of services under one roof.

• The outlet incorporates a spacious display area that can showcase up to 4 iCaur vehicles simultaneously. It also features one dedicated vehicle delivery bay, designed to offer customers a special, premium delivery experience.
• The well-equipped service centre features 3 service work bays, ensuring a seamless ownership experience.
• Being a full-fledged EV showroom hub, the iCaur Kota Kinabalu 3S outlet is equipped with two private EV charging bays.
• There is also a customer lounge with Wi-Fi, complimentary food and beverages, and an interactive gaming zone.

“Expanding into Kota Kinabalu brings the complete iCaur experience closer to customers in Sabah and ensures they receive the same level of sales and after-sales support available in Peninsular Malaysia.

iCaur cars in Malaysia

After entering the Malaysian market in September 2025, iCaur has made great progress in the country, emerging as one of the top-selling EV brands. The Chinese automaker currently offers two locally assembled SUVs in Malaysia - iCaur 03 and iCaur V23, priced at RM 129,880 and RM 132,780, respectively.
