New Leapmotor 3S centre opens in Ipoh

KUALA LUMPUR: Leapmotor has expanded its footprint in Malaysia with the opening of a new showroom in Ipoh, Perak. Owned and managed by CST Auto, the new facility is a 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre, dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services to all existing prospective customers.

Leapmotor Ipoh 3S centre: Key highlights 

• Strategically situated in the historical city of Ipoh, Leapmotor Ipoh spans 8,400 square feet across two levels with a dedicated after-sales facility.
• The centre has a spacious display area that can showcase up to 6 Leapmotor vehicles simultaneously. It also features two dedicated delivery bays, a suite of immersive digital brand experience zones, and a customer lounge. 

• The dedicated aftersales centre offers comprehensive EV maintenance and care with state-of-the-art EV tools, including specialised high-voltage diagnostic systems, battery conditioning equipment, and proprietary Leapmotor software for vehicle diagnostics.
• All the staff members of the facility have in-depth technical knowledge of Leapmotor electric vehicles, backed by extensive training and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Being a full premier EV showroom hub, the Leapmotor Ipoh 3S facility is also equipped with dedicated EV charging stations.

Operating hours	Showroom - 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Sunday) Service centre - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)                            8:30 am to 3:30 pm (Saturday)
