Porsche Cayenne Electric: Drivetrain, range and performance
Beginning with the technical specifications, the electric Cayenne is powered by a dual-motor setup, with the base-spec variant generating a maximum power of 408 PS in normal settings and up to 442 PS and 835 Nm with the Launch Control system engaged. It enables the EV to run from zero to 100 kmph in 4.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 230 kmph.
The mid-tier S variant delivers a maximum power of up to 544 PS (666 PS with Launch Control), which allows the EV to complete the century sprint in 3.8 seconds and clock a top speed of 250 kmph.
Coming to the top-spec Cayenne Electric Turbo, which churns out a whopping 1,156 PS of power with Launch Control (857 PS in normal setting). Courtesy of that, the EV hits 100 kmph in just 2.5 seconds, 200 kmph in 7.4 seconds, and achieves a top speed of 260 kmph.
All variants of the eco-friendly Porsche Cayenne are equipped with the 113 kWh battery pack, running an 800V architecture, although ranges differ because of variations in power output and efficiency.

Porsche Cayenne Electric: Suspension and braking
All variants of the EV are fitted with an Adaptive Air Suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management, which automatically adjusts the damping at each wheel and maintains a level ride. The Turbo variant also gets Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus that improves steering response, cornering grip and traction.
As for brakes, the EV uses high-performance brakes, with optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes available for the S and Turbo variants.
Porsche Cayenne Electric: Exterior
In terms of exterior design, the EV retains the brand’s familiar SUV identity, while adopting a modern, aerodynamic appearance. Among the key highlights are slim HD Matrix headlights, a low bonnet, sculpted bumpers and frameless doors. The EV has a drag coefficient of 0.23 Cd, thanks to its sleeker roofline, aerodynamically optimised wheels and other active aerodynamic elements.
With the Cayenne Turbo also comes active rear Aero wings that automatically extend at higher speeds to reduce aerodynamic drag and improve stability and efficiency.
In terms of size, the Porsche Cayenne Electric measures 4,985 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width and 1,674 mm in height, and spans a wheelbase of 3,023 mm. The rear boot space is measured at 781 litres, expandable up to 1,588 litres with rear seats folded down. A 90-litre front storage is also provided.
Porsche offers 13 standard colours with nine wheel designs ranging from 20 to 22 inches.
