Volvo Car Malaysia rolls out a 5-year free service promotion

KUALA LUMPUR: While taking a significant step towards enhancing the car ownership experience of its customers, Volvo Car Malaysia has rolled out a new and complimentary five-year service package. This comprehensive package is called VSA5+ (Volvo Service Agreement 5 Plus) and covers different aspects of car maintenance and repairs. 

Let’s get to know Volvo’s new service promo in detail -

• As the name suggests, the VSA5+ is a 5-year comprehensive car service package
• It covers the first five car services including wear and tear parts that may need to be replaced, as well as labour charges. 
• The promo is applicable on all hybrid Volvo cars in Malaysia, including the XC90 B5 Ultimate Mild-Hybrid, XC90 Recharge T8 Plug-In Hybrid, and the S60, S90, V60, XC60, and XC40 B5 models

• The brand’s pure-electric model, the XC40 Recharge Pure Electric, is also included in the promo but in a different way as it does not require periodic oil changes like other hybrid models. Thus, the company is offering a free wall box voucher to EV buyers worth RM 7,000.
• However, the recently launched Volvo C40 Recharge Electric is not included in this promotion

• Customers who place the booking of any of the Volvo hybrids or XC40 Recharge Pure Electric between now and March 31st, 2023 are eligible to enjoy this complimentary service offer

Remarkably, Volvo is the first automotive brand in Malaysia that offers a full range of PHEVs for all its models. The company targets to become climate neutral by 2030 and to support this, it aims for 75% of its sales to come from the Recharge Pure Electric line-up by 2025.
