2023 Lexus RX 350 receives over 500 bookings in just one week

KUALA LUMPUR: It was only recently that Lexus Malaysia opened booking for the all-new RX 350 and now after a week, the car is known to receive over 500 bookings. The news was shared at the opening of the new Lexus Klang showroom by the UMW Toyota Motor and Lexus Malaysia President, Datuk Ravindran K.

While the car’s official launch is due sometime this week, it has already received a warm welcome from buyers in Malaysia.

If you are still unaware of the new Lexus RX 350, here are a few key highlights.

Exterior

The new Lexus RX 350 features a striking design language that includes a new look, a unique ‘Spindle Body’ grille, a tri-beam headlight, and full-width tail lights. Making things further interesting is the new Sonic Copper tone which gives the SUV a look like none other.

Interior

Like the exterior, the new Lexus RX350 features a completely revised cabin with several striking features. The list includes

• Frequently-used controls with dedicated physical buttons & switches
• New 14-inch touchscreen infotainment display
• Powered rear outboard seats with individual ventilation function
• A massive customizable head-up display
• e-Latch electronic door lever
  Active noise cancellation system

Engine

Powering the all-new Lexus RX 350 is a 2.4-litre inline-four turbocharged engine generating a maximum power of 279 hp along with a peak torque of 430 Nm. The drive is transmitted to all four wheels via an all-time electronically controlled all-wheel-drive system and an 8-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission.

The above configuration allows the car to complete a century sprint in just 7.6 seconds.

Price

Interested buyers can get their hands on the all-new 2023 Lexus RX 350 by spending RM 4678,888 (on the road without insurance). The price, however, includes a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty.
