2026 Proton e.MAS 7 CKD in Malaysia, new powered tailgate, new ADAS, from RM99,800 with promo

KUALA LUMPUR: PRO-NET, the EV arm of Proton, has introduced the locally produced 2026 Proton e.MAS 7 for the Malaysian market, with a small round of feature updates split between the Prime and Premium variants.

At its launch on December 2024, the Proton e.MAS 7 was priced at RM109,800 for the Prime and RM123,800 for the Premium (OTR without insurance). The latest CKD 2026 pricing now depends on whether you’re looking at list or promo prices.

The current Peninsular Malaysia list prices are RM103,800 (Prime) and RM119,800 (Premium), but with the limited-time RM4,000 Welcome Benefit rebate applied, those drop to RM99,800 (Prime) and RM115,800 (Premium), still on the same OTR without insurance basis.

What’s new for 2026 Proton e.MAS 7

e.MAS 7 Prime

• Powered tailgate is now added, operated via a button press or key fob, aimed at making boot access easier when your hands are full.

e.MAS 7 Premium

• ADAS upgrade adds three functions:

  • Evasive Manoeuvre Assist (EMA), supports steering around obstacles in an emergency.

  • Front Cross Traffic Alert (FCTA), alerts the driver to vehicles approaching from the sides at intersections.

  • Active Lane Change Assist (ALCA), monitors blind spots and assists steering during lane changes when needed.

Welcome Benefit and “Power Pack +” items
