BMW launches 2 new M Performance Edition vehicles

KUALA LUMPUR: BMW, the German auto giant has delighted the fanboys in Malaysia by launching the M Performance editions of the 330e and X5 xDrive40e. The two cars will be boasting genuine BMW M Performance accessories in and out. However, no changes on the mechanical front have been made on the 330e and X5 xDrive40e. Moreover, both the vehicles will be made available in a handful of 300 units each.

The BMW M Performance parts on the 330e consist gloss black front grille, carbon side mirror caps, side skirts, and side sill foils. Rear spoiler, matte black front lip, stainless steel pedals and footrest, and a rear diffuser along with dark-tinted tail lights also make their way on the sedan. While the interior of the BMW 330e can only be had in Black Dakota Leather, the outside of the sedan gets options of Black Sapphire, Sunset Orange, Alpine White, and Estoril Blue.

Moving to the X5 xDrive40e, the M Performance Edition of the SUV comes equipped with a carbon front lip and rear diffuser along with similar additions as seen on the 330e including stainless steel foot pedals and footrest. While the Carbon Black exterior finish comes with an option of having Terra Dakota Leather, the other Mineral White and Space Grey finishes offer Black Dakota Leather inside of the SUV.

The 330e M Performance Edition and the X5 xDrive40e M Performance Edition will cost you RM 258,800 and RM 390,800, respectively excluding insurance charges. Other benefits you get along with the two vehicles include BMW five-year unlimited mileage warranty, BMW 24-month tyre warranty, BMW Roadside Assistance and Accident Hotline, BMW Service Online, and BMW White Card and. However, only 300 units each of the sedan and the SUV will be offered across Malaysia, rush to your nearest BMW showroom to get one for yourself.
