Suzuki Jimny Jimny Rhino Edition arrives in Malaysia, limited to just 30 units

KUALA LUMPUR: While India has recently received the 5-door iteration of the Jimny, Suzuki also has something new in store for Malaysians. That’s right! Naza Eastern Motors, the official distributor of Suzuki Cars in Malaysia, has just launched the all-new Jimny Rhino Edition. It is priced at RM 174,900 (on the road without insurance).

The exclusive highlights of the Suzuki Jimny Jimny Rhino Edition are -

• The special Jimny features a pure pearl paint job with red, grey, and black decals on the hood and body, along with the “Real Offroader” script and a rhino graphic 
• It pays homage to the heritage of the Suzuki SJ series, the second-gen Jimny, which was introduced 41 years ago

• The exclusive SUV also sports the Suzuki Heritage grille, chrome side mirrors, red mud flaps with white “Jimny” lettering, a rear spare tyre cover with the Rhino logo, front and rear differential guards, and wind deflectors
• The production of the Suzuki Jimny Jimny Rhino Edition is limited to just 30 units

For the unveiling of this special Jimny, Naza Eastern Motors organised a Jimny Lifestyle Drive which was officiated by Naza Automotive Group CEO Mohd Rizal Jailan. Over 30 Jimny owners took part in this drive, which started at the Suzuki Cars Petaling Jaya Showroom and concluded at the Malaysia 4WD Training & Experience Centre in Semenyih. 

At the centre, Naza Eastern Motors' CEO, Mohamad Irwan Shahril unveiled the Jimny Rhino Edition. It was followed by an exciting off-road demonstration and training session by Suzuki Jimny instructors. The event was also graced by the presence of Dato’ Mazlan Kamaruddin and Dato’ Nik Hamdam Nik Hassan, Board Members of Naza Eastern Motors Sdn Bhd.
