The company credits its consistent performance to a long-standing approach centred around customer satisfaction and practical ownership.

Whether it’s for daily commuting or more fuel-efficient hybrid options, Toyota continues to attract a broad range of Malaysian buyers with a focus on reliability, strong after-sales support, and value-driven ownership.

“Our strength comes from the trust and loyalty of our customers,” said Datuk Ravindran K., President of UMW Toyota Motor. “Whether it is quality, after-sales support or the confidence that comes with owning a Toyota, we are committed to delivering what matters most.”

He also highlighted the role of Toyota’s “Extra Mile” initiative, a programme designed to provide added assurance to customers even after they leave the showroom. “Through initiatives like our Toyota Extra Mile programme, we continue to enhance the ownership journey, offering real-world assurance, added value and peace of mind well beyond the showroom,” he added.

After-Sales support that goes the distance

The Toyota Extra Mile programme is part of UMWT’s effort to create a more seamless and secure ownership experience. Beyond the basic warranty, Toyota owners can access extended service packages, hybrid servicing support, and the convenience of the Toyota MY app.

Backed by Toyota’s “Mobility for All” philosophy, these programmes are aimed at delivering practical innovation to a wide range of users. From dedicated hybrid maintenance to prepaid service packages that lock in maintenance costs, the focus is on real-world savings and peace of mind.
