Wanna book a Perodua? Check out model-wise waiting period

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s national carmaker Perodua is one of the most trusted and popular names in the industry and customers don’t think twice before buying a Perodua car. With its demand being so high there sometimes is a little lag in delivery. So, if you have already booked or are planning to book a Perodua, here is the waiting period, as shared by the automaker's various dealers nationwide.

Starting with the newly launched Perodua Alza, the MPV has a 12-month long waiting period.

In case you think it is the car with one of the longest waiting times in the company’s line-up, we’d say wait. The long-time favourite Bezza sedan, one of the first by the automaker in the segment, has a waiting period of between 5.5 - 13.5 months.

As for the youth's favourite Myvi hatchback, its waiting period stands between 8 to 9.5 months. As for Aruz, Axia, and Ativa, the customers also have to wait for a pretty sizable time. Details of which are mentioned in the table below -

Perodua Aruz	8 to 9 months
Perodua Axia	7.5 to 11.5 months
Perodua Ativa	7.5 to 8.5 months

Perodua Malaysia is also running a ‘Trade In’ for pre-owned vehicles wherein a customer gets a great deal on the new Perodua via trading it for his/her current car. The key highlight of this program includes - acceptance of car brands, free vehicle valuation, competitive pricing, immediate ownership transfer, fast HP settlement, and certified Perodua valuation advisor.

Customers taking advantage of the Trade-in scheme, need not worry. Perodua being the great company it is has said that such buyers can continue to drive their old car while waiting for the new Perodua.
