Honda Malaysia’s 2025 highlights: Total sales, best-selling models, “Because of You” campaign winners and more
KUALA LUMPUR: Honda Malaysia has revealed its annual sales report for 2025. During the year, the Japanese automaker sold a total of 72,301 units, capturing an 8.8% share of the local automotive market. With that sales mark, Honda continues to be the No.1 Non-National Passenger Vehicle (excluding pickup trucks and vans) in Malaysia for the 12th consecutive year.

Honda Malaysia’s top-selling models in 2025
- The Honda HR-V remained the brand’s best-selling model in 2025, accounting for 25% of total sales.
- It was followed by the Honda City at 24% and the CR-V at 15%.
- The hybrid variants of the Honda HR-V and the Honda CR-V also performed well during the year, contributing 30% to the company’s total hybrid sales.
Honda Malaysia’s new launches in 2025
- The all-new 11th-gen Honda Civic facelift now made its way to Malaysia in early 2025. The upgraded sedan features design enhancements, new features, and colour options. It is offered in four trims - E, V, RS, and e:HEV RS, priced between RM 133,900 and RM 167,900.
Photo by Adam Aubrey- Honda entered the Malaysian EV race last year, with the launch of the e:N1. Built on Honda’s e:N Architecture F platform, the EV blends the HR-V's familiarity with dedicated EV performance and innovative features. It is offered in a single CBU variant, priced at RM 149,900.
- The Honda HR-V received a subtle upgrade in 2025, adding new features, mild styling tweaks, and new colour options to the package. The new HR-V price ranges from RM 115,900 to RM 143,900.
- Honda Malaysia also introduced a special-edition version of the CR-V in 2025, dubbed as the CR-V Dual-Tone Edition, available in a limited quantity of 300 units.
