All-new BMW X7 lands in Singapore, Malaysia debut on cards

KUALA LUMPUR: The all-new X7 has been launched in Singapore by BMW Asia and Performance Motors Limited. The premium SUV specs sheet is filled with high-tech features and all that comes with a staggering price tag of SGD 471,888 (approx RM 1,432,691).

The dimensions chart of the X7 reads 5,151 mm in length, 2,000 mm in width, and 1,805 mm in height. With the wheelbase measuring 3,105 mm, a spacious cabin is assured.

Speaking of its specs sheet, the X7 packs technologies like - Reversing Assistant, BMW Digital Key, Remote 3D View, Remote Software Upgrade, Dual 12.3-inch displays, five-zone automatic climate control unit, BMW Live Cockpit Professional, and BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant with 'Hey BMW' command.

Likewise, the exterior of the brand's flagship SUV justifies the car's premium stature with elements like panoramic glass roof, run-flat tyres, 21-inch Y-spoke alloy wheels, BMW Laserlight, slim LED front fog lamps, and adaptive two-axle suspension.

Pushing the BMW X7 is a 3.0-litre TwinPower six-cylinder Turbo petrol mill that generates 340 hp of maximum power along with a peak torque of 450 Nm. The power is sent to all the wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission unit vis BMW xDrive all-wheel-drive system.

It goes without saying that BMW cars are loaded with best-in-class safety features. Following the suite, the all-new X7 comes equipped with the brand's Driving Assistant Professional kit. Part of this advanced safety package is Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Crossing Traffic Warning, Lane Change Assistant, Rear Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, Priority Warning, Lane Change Warning, and Wrong-Way Warning.

In Singapore, the BMW X7 is made available in a total of three trim options. They are 7-seater Design Pure Excellence, 6-seater Launch Edition Design Pure Excellence, and Six-seater Launch Edition M Sport.
