Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Malaysia Airlines team up to elevate luxury at KLIA

KUALA LUMPUR: Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) and Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) have partnered in a strategic collaboration to elevate the luxury and convenience of customer experiences at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

    The chosen vehicles to lead this service includes the Mercedes-Benz S 580 e Plug-in Hybrid and the all-electric EQS 500 4MATIC sedans. 

    The service will provide 24-hour transfers for eligible passengers between KLIA Terminal 1’s Main Terminal towards the Satellite Building.

    The collaboration, which was unveiled at an event at Hap Seng Star Setia Alam, officially announced the shared commitment of blending convenience and opulence for Mercedes’ and MAG’s top-tier clientele.

    Additionally, from March 1, 2025, customers who purchase Mercedes-Benz vehicles will get year-round access to Malaysia Airlines’ Private Terminal Transfer Service, offering a seamless start or end to their journey.

    By combining Mercedes-Benz’s aura of luxury in automobiles with Malaysia Airlines’ hospitality, the partnership aims to set a goal to provide premium services in the region.

    The Mercedes sedans will be replacing the BMWs which had been in service at the airport since January 2024. 

    As the collaboration rolls out, both brands promise to deliver experiences that go beyond expectations, merging innovation with comfort to create something truly exceptional.
