From the table above it is clear that the third-gen Swift Sport is a fast car and it’s all due to its lightweight build. Speaking of which, the car sits on the brand’s new ‘Heartect’ platform that helps the car register a low kerb weight of 990 kg. Thus making it 80 kg lighter than the previous model. For reference, the Myvi 1.3 weights 985 kg, and the X50 reads 1,325 kg on the weighing scale.
Other highlighting bits include the presence of a turbocharger, a six-speed automatic unit, and steering-mounted shift paddles.
2021 Suzuki Swift Sport exterior
The new-gen Swift Sport is revised in every sense and so are its dimensions and styling. Starting with the former, the hatchback is 40 mm wider both at the front and back, 15 mm lower, and has a 20 mm longer wheelbase. All this increases the car’s straight-line stability, gives it an athletic stance, and makes it more grounded.
Other key exterior features include -
- LED projector headlights

- LED tail lamps
- Swift Sport specific front and rear bumper
- Wave-effect on front & rear bumper and side skirts
- 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels wrapped in 195/50R16 Yokohama Advan tyres

- Rear spoiler with white lens brake light
Exterior colour options - Champion Yellow, Pearl Pure White, Burning Red Metallic, and Speedy Blue Metallic
2021 Suzuki Swift Sport cabin
Like the exterior, the Swift Sport cabin reflects a sporty face with elements like black & red trim on door panels and dashboard. The red-faced tachometer with a 4.2-inch multi-info display further adds to its sportiness.

- Fabric wrapped, semi-bucket front seats
- Automatic air-conditioning system
- Aluminium sports foot pedals
- Instrument cluster with oil temperature gauge and turbo boost
- Cruise control
- 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay support
- 60:40 split-folding rear seat
