KUALA LUMPUR: Honda Malaysia has become the Official Car Transport Partner for the 45th ASEAN Railways CEOs’ Conference (ARCEOs’), hosted by Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB). This five-day event brings together the top leaders of railway operators from across ASEAN, serving as a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

    Taking place in Kuala Lumpur from 8 to 12 September, the 2025 ASEAN Railways CEO conference will welcome representatives from eight ASEAN countries, including Malaysia (the host nation), Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos.

    The Honda e:N1 reflects the brand’s push towards electrification in the local market. The all-electric technology also supports ASEAN’s sustainability goals by offering a greener and smarter mode of transportation.

    As mentioned above, the 5-day conference began on September 8 with “Driving Innovation, Connecting Borders” as this year’s theme. Ir. Ahmad Nizam Mohamed Amin, Covering Group Chief Executive Officer of KTMB & Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 45th ARCEOs’, said, “As host, KTMB takes immense pride in welcoming distinguished leaders of the ASEAN railway fraternity to Kuala Lumpur for the 45th ARCEOs”. 

    This conference aims to unlock opportunities, strengthen collaboration, and advance our shared vision of regional connectivity, economic growth, and sustainable mobility across ASEAN and beyond, he added. 

    This partnership between KTMB and Honda Malaysia has set a new standard for green, seamless, and connected journeys across the region.
