With the inclusion of sales tax, the X50 gets the maximum price hike with base-spec Standard model now costlier by RM 7,000 and the top-spec Flagship retailing at a premium of RM 10,000.

Well, even with the higher price, the X50 remains one of the best value-for-money B-segment SUVs in the local market. It set a new monthly sales volume record in July 2022 and snatched the crown of best-selling vehicle in Malaysia from the Perodua Myvi. This achievement ensures the brand’s strong positioning as a leader in the hotly contested SUV segment.
On the bottom side, Saga received a modest hike of only up to RM 500. The rejuvenated version of the sedan also continues to attain strong numbers and enjoy its top position in the A-segment sedan category.

Well, after revamping all the Saga and the X70 earlier this year, Proton is now geared up for the all-new Exora launch, which is set for tomorrow i.e. August 19, 2022. Are you excited? Let us know in the comments.
