TQ Wuling Bingo coming soon to Malaysia; here’s what we know so far
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia is set to welcome yet another Chinese brand very soon, called Wuling. For starters, Wuling Motors is a joint venture between SAIC Motor, GM and Liuzhou Wuling that made its official public appearance at the MAS 2025 with the preview of the Bingo EV.

TQ Wuling Bingo: What we know so far
Dimensions
The TQ Wuling Bingo is a compact EV which has a length of 3,950 mm, a width of 1,708 mm, and a height of 1,580 mm. The wheelbase is measured at 2,560 mm. These dimensions make the Bingo smaller than the recently launched Proton e.MAS 5 EV.
The boot space is estimated at 310 litres, which is expandable up to 710 litres with the rear seats folded.

The EV will be offered in two variants - Pro and Max, equipped with different battery packs. The base-spec has a 31.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate unit offering a CLTC-rated driving range of 333 km, whereas the Max features a larger 37.9 kWh LFP unit allowing the EV to cruise up to 410 km on a single charge.
The battery supports both AC and DC charging; the former takes 5.5 hours for 20% to 100% SoC, while the latter can replenish 30 to 80% battery in 35 minutes.
Photo from TQ WulingWhile TQ Wuling is yet to reveal the e-motor specifications, the reports suggest a single front-mounted electric motor, generating a maximum power of 68 PS and 150 Nm.
Exterior
Designed for daily urban commuting, the Bingo EV looks fun, stylish and approachable. It has a retro yet modern appearance with smooth, round curves, X-shaped LED front DRLs and rear lamps, and a ducktail-style design at the rear.
Three available colour options are - Neon blue, Lavender Purple, and Milky White, all mated to a black roof for a dual-tone effect.
Interior
The EV has a dual-tone interior with soft synthetic leather, chrome trim and a high-gloss finish. Key highlights include -

Safety
As for safety, the upcoming Wuling Bingo EV will come packed with six airbags and standard assistance bits such as an anti-lock braking system, electronic stability control and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
The TQ Wuling Bingo EV is expected to be offered at a price less than RM 100k, making it a practical and affordable mobility option for Malaysians. It will be distributed via TQ Wuling outlets in Glenmarie, OUG, Jalan Raja Laut, Melati Utama, Butterworth, and Johor Jaya.
