Quick Overview: Meet the Honda e:N1
Despite being based on the HR-V’s shape, the e:N1 is built on a dedicated e:N Architecture F platform. It features a 204 PS (150 kW) front-mounted electric motor delivering 310 Nm of torque, allowing a 0–100 km/h sprint in 7.7 seconds and a top speed of 160 km/h.
Power comes from a 68.8 kWh NMC battery, giving a claimed range of up to 500 km (NEDC). Charging-wise, it supports up to 78 kW DC fast charging (10–80% in 45 minutes) and 11 kW AC charging (full charge in about six hours with a wallbox).

Inside, the EV steps up with a 15.1-inch portrait touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital meter cluster, and push-button gear selectors. Safety is covered by the full Honda Sensing suite, plus Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Traffic Alert—a notable first for Honda in Malaysia, replacing the previous LaneWatch system.
With this launch, Honda Malaysia officially enters the EV race with a product that combines familiar design cues and modern electric powertrain tech, targeting the same buyer pool as rivals like the Zeekr X, Omoda E5,smart #1 and even the Proton e.MAS 7.
Deliveries for the e:N1 are expected to begin in June 2025.
