Second batch of limited-edition BMW X5 xDrive 45e with M Performance parts available

KUALA LUMPUR: Last year BMW Malaysia introduced the limited-edition locally-assembled electrified BMW X5 with M Performance Parts at Auto Bavaria dealerships nationwide. Now, the second batch of the limited-run X5 is available again and this time only 22 units are up for sale.

The limited-edition BMW X5 xDrive 45e with M Performance parts is priced at RM 480,800 on-the-road (Peninsula Malaysia). Part of the kit is a RM 22,000 worth complimentary gift.

The popularity of the limited edition units is attributed to the M Performance parts, says Sime Darby Auto Bavaria’s Managing Director, Mr Vi Thim Juan. These parts are inspired by motor racing and apart from enhancing the vehicle’s look, they also add to the car’s aerodynamic quotient.

What does the limited-edition BMW X5 have on offer?

As mentioned above, the limited-edition BMW comes with the M Performance Part package along with complimentary gifts worth RM 22,000. We’ll be discussing each in detail below, starting with the former.

The RM 36,600 worth BMW M Performance Parts include - gloss black front grille, carbon fiber for the right & left exterior mirror caps, 20-inch light alloy star spoke 748M wheels, and tyre pressure monitoring system.

As for the complimentary gifts, the kit includes - a luxury suitcase, BMW umbrella, BMW brake pad & brake disc voucher, BMW leather care set with UV protection, and STTOKE classic 16oz insulated ceramic reusable cup.
